Every summer, a large company puts on several large events for thousands of attendees. When it comes to presentations, adhering to technical standards, branding concerns, and legal requirements is confusing and getting all vendors, presenters, and business owners on the same page is quite a challenge.


In response, the electronic MGX Newsletter was created and distributed on a monthly basis leading up to the event. Along with the MGX Handbook, the MGX Newsletter communicated policies, technical standards, and best practices as well as important deadlines and dates. In consequence, the presentation teams had the correct information so the process ran smoothly wiht fewer headaches and increased satisfaction.
